I personally have not used the CAM version, but rather the freeware KCTRL program by Eichiroh Itoh, although I can't remember his link now.

This allows you to see the CE device as a network resource using the standard Windows Internet Explorer on your PC or any FTP client software.

Transferring files is a simple click and drag on the PC.
