Just bought mine a few days ago and it's flawless so far.It was assembled in China.I'm just wondering if Plam is assembling all their 515's there or if they are being built in other locations as well.

My first unit was assembled in the US ... has a bummed battery (wouldn't hold charge) so I picked up the replacement from Palm this morning, but discovered that one has only 4Mb memory (honest !!!)
Called Palm & they say they will have a replacement for me next week (hopefully last one). Oh, the second one was assembled in the US also.
Don't think location of assembly would affect quality.
