My IPAQ 3835 was synching just fine until about a month ago. Then I started receiving the message:
Synchronization cannot start because this desktop computer cannot access necessary information.

I was using Windows ME on my desktop and have switched to my laptop using XP. Is this a problem? How do I get this to synch? And, what information is the computer not accessing? Is it the info on the IPAQ or the info on the laptop?

Please help before I throw this out the window!
(Just kidding)
