synchronizing

after i made a soft reset to my revo it stoped synchronizing new data to my computer. even when i try to do a back-up only the data present before the soft reset are backed up.

when you say 'synchronizing', how are you going about this? Do you mean syncing your emails and contacts? I didn't know that it was possible to synchronize the entire content of a Psion PDA with a PC..

Regarding backup, how can you tell that only your pre-reset data is being backed up? I find this really weird - the backup procedure uses the current date compared with each file's date to work out what needs backing up - is the Revo's date set correctly?
