Scripting on a SmartPhone

I am thinking of getting a smartphone (HTC Touch Pro 2), which currently runs windows mobile 6.1

I wish to create small programs directly on the smartphone, using a script language.

Is a script language available.

I have heard something mentioned called nScripm, but I can not find a site

Any pointers or help appreciated
