App on expansion card does not appear in "applications." [Archive]

I installed Ultralingua in the data card in my Centro. (The data files were to large to store in the Centro itself). It doesn't appear in "applications." I can launch it by going to applications, then files, then finding the Ultralingua prc and launching. Is there a way to get ultralingua and other applications on the card to appear in "applications" ?

Applications on an SD card will appear in the launcher in a special Card category. However the PRC needs to be located in /PALM/Programs on the card.

Is there an app that will merge programs on the card into the all applications menu?

No.
Apps on the card only show in this category.
There are other l;aunchers which are much more flexible than the built-in one. ZLauncher (http://zlauncher.en.softonic.com/palm) is very popular.
