Transferring data between iPAQs - Windows Mobile Device Center? Other Program?

HI there,

I have an older ipaq (hx2795b), which I want to transfer all the data out of to my newer HP210 iPAQ. The older one is running Microsoft Windows Mobile 5 and the newer one is WM 6.1. Can anyone explain to me what the best method of transferring all my contacts, addresses, notes, etc. between the devices would be? I am not familiar with the Mobile Device Center and wasn't sure if there was another method that might be easier. FYI, from what I understand, WMDC has replaced Activesync, which is in fact no longer compatible on Windows 7 (which I have). Thanks in advance.

Typically you will sync your old iPAQ to desktop Outlook to copy the data then sync the new iPAQ to the same desktop and move the data into it.
If you don't use Outlook, there is a freeware PIM backup that allows backup and restore data directly
