Howdy from Belgium!

Out of the blue, and for no apparant reason, my PhotoSuite program refused to read my SD card..only giving me a fatal error and locking up my m130 when I tried to do so.

I went through and deleted every photo I had on the SD card, then I could read it without problem (albeit there were no photos to look at); then I just downloaded one picture to the card to see if it still works, and it did. But I have to ask...has anyone else had this problem with PhotoSuite not reading SD cards??

I have to say this is a real pain in the ass, as I had a lot of photos loaded on my m130. I prefer PhotoSuite for its ability to zoom in (nice to do with pics of my kids); but it is slow when working off my SD card, regardless of the number of pics I have loaded!

Cheers! M2

Thanks for the info but I have some questions...

You failed to mentioned why you liked this program over PhotoSuite. Was it faster? Easier to use? Did you actually compare it to PhotoSuite?

Sorry to be so inquisitive but just stating that you liked one program over another is just an opinion. I like to hear about better programs, but I would like to know why people thought they were better...

I have a m130 that came with photo suit, and I downloaded Album to go and compared the two. I liked ATG better because it is much easier to put pictures on the palm, and have better control on how it looks. I also found that I had more control over the strength of the zoom and the pictures looked slightly better (probebly because i fiddled with them on the desktop). Unfourtanetly I have not had the chance to test it with the SD card, so I can't help you there.

My $0.02, I still swear by splashphoto. I know you can't zoom, but it's fast and clean. Sorry about your problem with photosuite. I used it for a little bit at the beginning to, but never liked it because it was tooooooooooooooooo slooooooow :)
