My iPAQ H2200 stop work

My iPAQ H2200 stops work after upgrade. The screen only shows the HP logon and doesn’t start at all. I did the hard reset dough, but nothing happens. So now how can I bring it to life again? Someone can help me?

Could possibly be the battery is dead and needs to be replaced.

No, is not. See, the problem still going on after it powered on direct to outlet. The battery it's ok.
