I've just bought a new sandisk 128 MB CF and smartformatted with EDU.
now I would like to copy the whole content of another 128 CF card into this new one of mine.
The other CF is a transcend 128 MB CF card which I smartformatted in a custom way, following the instructions of that magnificent article on CF which is often mentioned on this forum.
the transcend one works QUITE fine, even if the writing times are not particularly satisfactory. because of this, I decided to buy the sandisk CF card.
Firstly, I tried to transfer the content via infrared (using both a 5mx and a netbook) but sometimes I got messages like "corrupt".
Secondly, after backing up the content of the transcend one, I tried to cheat my pc renaming the sandisk one with the same name of the former. After this I opened the back up registry in order to let every single file to come on the new CF.
It worked until a point in which something stopped to move:
therefore I wonder which is the best way to work in order to have the same content on the two CF?
