There's no reason why this shouldn't work. You'd have to set up two different sync tasks. In each sync tasks, make sure that the file being synced is pointing to correct .PST file and a different agenda file. You may have both .PST files pointing to the same Agenda file.

Hello Nigel
Yes it is possible to create as many Outlook calendars as you wish. You can make the calendar a subfolder of your current Calendar or a separate calendar in your Personal Folders list (assuming you are using personal folders). The process for this may vary slightly depending on which version of Outlook you are using but the process would be to make sure you are displaying the "Folder List," in Outlook, then just right-click on your Calendar and select "New Folder" from the context sensitive pop-up menu. The next few steps should be self explanatory.
When creating a synchronization task in the PsiWin synchronizer, you should enter the path to the specific Calendar folder in Outlook as well as the specific Agenda file on your EPOC device, EVEN if they are the default. The path will appear just as it looks in the Folder view in Outlook (i.e. "Personal Folders/Calendar," if you are using Exchange Server, "Mailbox – Your Name/Calendar" or if you are synchronizing to Exchange Public Folders, "Public Folders/All public Folders/Public Calendar" depending on how your Outlook and/or Exchange Server is configured). You can create as many "sync tasks" as you like, each one synchronizing to an Outlook folder and/or Agenda file.
I would certainly not mess with multiple PST files (if you are using Outlook in "Internet Email Only" mode, then this will not be an option). Just create a new "Calendar Folder" and a new Agenda File and set up a new sync task to use this new folder and agenda file.
