I have a M505 that is a little more than 1 1/2 years old that isn't working anymore, I was thinking I have a GLC, but it won't do a soft or hard reset and after I place it in the cradle for a minute or so, I get horizontal and vertical colored lines which eventually dissipate to just vertical colored lines then a solid black screen. The power button light does not shut off even when removed from the cradle.
