My 3630 has twice now lost all data and settings overnight. 2 questions for you experts out there;
1. Any ideas what might be causing it? I do not know if the battery is going flat as when I switch on I am back to factory settings. I am operating on the old software with only 1 non-microsoft software - Pocket TV.

2. Can I back up my data and settings on my pc to avoid having to recreate settings after data loss?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Your battery is history OR you have something turning on your iPAQ at night and your iPAQ is not turning itself back off. Does it do it every night it is not plugged in?

Have you ever used the iPAQ Backup utility? It will restore your iPAQ exactly the way it was at the time of the backup...
