I'm fairly new to the PDA world but loving it. My first was a Palm 125 to learn on. I am now ready to upgrade but I want to try a few for several weeks before I commit. Which online businesses are best about returns and length of trial time with their PDA's?

most online merchants as well as brick and mortar stores
are not that great about the return policy on a pda if you
do not like it.

most will exchange for same unit if defective but, if you just
want to return it because you were not that thrilled with it,
it will most probably be at the tune of a 15% restocking fee.

it can get pretty costly checking out all those pda's:)
