My screen is now fuzzy...it's readable but some of the pixels are missing and seems as though they are scrambled. It appears as though there are lines running through the screen. I don't know what to do! Help if you can please... JohnKes 12-20-2002, 04:02 PM Most Palms have a 12 month warranty. You ought to be able to get service. There may be junk between the screen and the case. Try to clean what you can with something like a transparancy sheet. Or the cable may have come loose. You would have to open it up to check.
