Hello all! I wanted to get some feedback on another site besides Dell's as to who is having trouble with the D-pad (Navigation button). I have a replacement due any day for mine. My current Axim's D-pad is mushy and does not go right or up very well.

Mine is pretty loose, but I don't know how it is supposed to feel, They are just sending you a new button? How do I get in on that?

Yup! My navigator button doesn't like to go left. I haven't contacted Dell about it yet. I'm not getting a warm fuzzy about the engineering of the navigator button. Hopefully, Dell is engineering a fix.

They are sending me a whole new unit on Monday the 23rd. One thing I have had no problems with is getting someone on the phone from Dell. I have read all the horror stories about 3, 4, and 5 hour waits on the phone. I have not waited more than 15 mins.
