I own a Palm V and a Visor Deluxe. I use both of them quite frequently for different applications, and locations. My question is, is there a program that will allow me to sync the address book, memo pad and such between the 2 of them, keeping them both up to date with each other? They both have different names, would changing that help at all?

Sorry about taking soooooo long to see your post.
If the two units had the same hotsync ID it would be simpler.
You can use an application called ChangeName. Try PalmGear.com. This will allow you to alter the name without a Hard reset. I would caution you that often PalmDesktop will refuse to recognize the name on a Palm if it has been established by ChangeName. Your best bet is to hard reset one of the units. I encourage you to demo the application SyncWizard. With this program you will be able to make a complete mirror image of both Units. Hard reset the one and try the Hotsync. If you get what you want then use SyncWizard to put back the rest of the apps you keep on that unit that are different from the other.
