Can I use my old IIIc peripherals on my new m130?

I feel like such a newbie asking this, but the truth is that I am a huge newbie.

Is there some sort of adapter available on the market that will allow me to use my old palm IIIc-compatible accessories on my new M130? I have a camera and a keyboard and a modem and it'll be a shame if I can't use them because I upgraded.
