Pls help confused new user

Hi,
Belated xmas to all. I am a very confused new user who needs help with the ipaq 3600 i received as a gift.

This pocket pc was used and originally from my sister. She gave me the sync cradle, but, no instructions or cd to active sync it with my computer. She mentioned that I would be able to just download the program for free in the internet, but, I am having problems finding it. Thank you in advance for all the help and Happy Newyear!!!:D :D
