Thank god for this forum, it is the only way I have been able to get accurate advise and help!!! I was advised to get the missing sync software to facilitate compatibility between my mac and sony clie t615 handheld, which I did. However triing to get support or responses from mark space (software mnfr) is impossible. They have no customer support line. All questions are handled through email and I have not had one response after numerous emails to them. So I am hoping someone here can help. I installed the Missing sync for OS 9 and the palm 2.6.3, Do I need to install the software sony provides in order to run the applications on my mac? If so how do I do it, when I try to open a folder it says it can't find the application program that created the document. I believe because it is intended for a pc not a mac. Somebody please help!!
