Ti83 emulator for pocket PC

Is there a Texas Instruments 83/83+ emulator for the pocket PC?
and I also want to know if anyone need this graphic calculator emulator, becasue I plan to make one.

I've been looking for a TI-83 plus calculator emulator for a Pocket PC.. There is some stuff at: http://www.ticalc.org but there are no rom files cause it's illegal to distribute those...
There are some PC emulators but I still haven't found any for the pocketPC.

there's everything you'll need to emulate any TI calculator, including the rom files in your PC. I don't know if it will work on a PocketPC. I'll try that as soon as I get my Dell Axim X5 next week...
