I posted a question several days ago and received a wonderful response. This forum is really great. While playing with my Axim, the Transcriber feature worked perfectly with printing or handwriting, but now all of a sudden it doesn't seem to recognize anything. What can I do to correct that?
I think this is one of the neatest features of this PDA and I don't want to lose it. I've tried re-aligning the stylus, but it didn't help any.
Thanks in advance if someone can tell me how to correct this.

Well I don't know if you have tried this yet but try a soft reset and that may fix the problem........................

Nadeen,
Also, make sure that when you're in transcriber mode that the arrow at the bottom left of the screen (on that little transcriber toolbar) is pointing UP and not any other direction.
I was showing this off to a friend and trying to show him how the transcriber worked, when all the sudden it was giving me gibberish! Well come to find out, I must have tapped on that arrow and changed it to where it was pointing left, meaning that I could write in landscape mode. However, I was trying to write in portrait mode, so once I tapped the arrow and made sure it was pointing up all was well again.
Hope this helps!
