To the person who posted a message in the now-defunct "Blackberry 950" board regarding difficulty with "forwarding" messages from Outlook:
I believe you are talking about using the "Inbox Assistant" feature under "Tools". If this is the case, when you are setting up the 'rule', you have the option of how the message will be formatted ("Method"). The options are Standard, Intact, & Attachment. The default is "Standard", and I think you might want "Intact". Good Luck... -fss
