To connect with Windows XP you need to install the latest version of PsiWin - 2.3.3 - which you can download from Psion's website at http://www.psion.com/MyPsion/Login.asp

There is no USB connectivity for the Psion. PsiWin can only be configured to connect to a serial COM port.

I should also have mentioned that if you have already installed a version of PsiWin earlier than 2.3.3 with Windows XP, you should uninstall that version, run the PsiWin Registry Cleaner and then install 2.3.3
You can download the PsiWin Registry Cleaner from the Series 5 page of my website - it is the last item on that page.

Hi
I would just like to add that PsiWin 2.3.3 is also available directly from Psion Place at http://www.psionplace.com/software/series5/PsiWin-1999-04-28-psion-series5.html .
It works very well on my Windows XP desktop at home and my Windows 2000 laptop at work.
