I am trying to use the Install Tool to add a couple of programs to my M515. I am getting an Install Tool Error message that says the file already exists in my dowload directory. It is not listed in the Install Tool. So where is this directory and how do I delete items from it?

You will have to know where you installed your palm software.

By default on a windoz system it goes in /Program Files/Palm

Then under the Palm directory you will have to locate you hotsync name.

Then under your hotsync name there is a directory called Install

This is where the files are copied.
