I just got a new Zire. I installed the Palm Desktop software in my MAC G4. Everything was working fine until I suddenly got the error mesage "Unexpected error #-50". Since then I haven't been able to open the Desktop software. How can I fix this? Why did it happened?

Try uninstalling the Palm Desktop software and then reinstalling it.
