windows ce operating system

Hi: I am trying to find a copy of the microsoft windows CE version 3.0 or later. Does anyone know why I can locate a copy? Thanks Larry

Am interested if you found the CE 3.0 that runs on the HC 4600. I too am looking for an upgrade. Ebay and a search on the Internet hasn't been much help.
