Which one is best for my Clie? Thanks. The Mayor NickC 01-02-2003, 11:28 PM I haven't bought one for my Clie yet, but I had a fold-up keyboard for my previous Palm IIIe. I used it extensively for over 2 years - they're great if you do a lot of typing! I used to create text for reports as well as reply to emails while away from my desk. And that's really the ticket: do you have a need for lots of text entry on your Clie? Nothing beats a keyboard, and the fold-up kind are almost as good as a laptop keyboard. Try Me Out 01-05-2003, 10:17 PM I tried one out. Installed it, closed my eyes, and I swore I was working with my desktop or laptop (except for the absence of the mouse). If you do a lot of text entry, nothing beats a foldable keyboard! stay cool. jams1fan 01-11-2003, 05:04 PM It was a toss up between the Belkin and the Stowaway for me. I finally decided on the Belkin based on the comments I gathered in the cliesource forums. I'm very happy with the Belkin. It's folding mechanism is brilliant. I've noticed no problems with the key spacing. And my pda hasn't locked up when using it. I wasn't sure if the price justified buying a keyboard since I'm fairly quick at graffiti. But I have no regrets whatsoever. I was in a seminar for a couple of days, and being able to key in my notes rather than handwriting them was a relief. Now, I can archive my notes on my desktop electronically. Besides, I'm faster at typing than handwriting. cliemea 01-11-2003, 05:35 PM ive been using sony's kb1 for 3 or 4 months now and it works just fine- it evan has a mouse (pointer) which shows up on rhe screen when you hold alt and use the arrow keys PDA Street
