new 3600 series screen problem :(

Hello, I have recently purchased an ipaq 3600 series * I cant tell which one :P*

I have had it less then a week, and already, the stylus is having problems being accurate, for NO reason whatsoever.

It is kind of scaring me.

What i have done, is had problems installing software. Also, it was low on batteries. BUt i have since recharged it.

I also tried to align the screen, but it just goes over and over and over and over and never stops. So that doesnt help.

It is making me really sad because i worked so hard to save up for it.

Any help, or suggestions would be GRREEAATTTLLYYY appreciated..

I have seen similar issues with my 3650 when it was a few days old. The issue was that when if I click on an icon in the startup menu the neighbouring icon gets selected.

To resolve this I had to soft reset the ipaq and it used to work fine.
