PPC Internet Explorer Screen

I have an Ipaq 3850. Does anyone have experience with PPC Internet Explorer? I am having a problem with the screen fitting the window. I have checked "Fit To Screen" but I still have to scroll all over the page. Any Suggestions?

Couple of choices, but they are not free and keep in mind the screen on the pda is still a lot smaller;
1> you can turn the screen to landscape format and/or make it display higher resolution;
