How to change Datebook database

I have been using Works Calendar for my Palm Pilot 105 and have nothing but problems in hotsyncing. I would like to change back to using the Palm software from the new 4.1, however I can't find any documentation on how to change it. I would appreciate your help. As well, I'd like to know how to change the address book to using the Palm software for that as well. The new software eliminates duplicate entries and I have the problem on a regular basis using Microsoft Works.
