User is getting error that it cannot find the default e-mail profile or it is not connected to the e-mail server. I am running enterprise bb on exchange. I have deleted the users e-mail profile and added it back. I have removed the desktop manager and reinstalled. I have removed the outlook profile in the registry and then readded a new profile. If I go into intellisyn and PIM I cannot check the ms outlook/97/2000 selection or it gives me an error and shuts down the desktop mgr

Check to make sure that Outlook is the default email client (under Internet Options/Programs).
