Viewing this with the Psion!!

When I view the Psion massage board with my psion It is very slow and will often lock up! Why?

Obviously depends upon modem speed, but you could also be running low on memory. You don't say what browser you are using - Opera in particular likes lots of memory to work with, so try to close down all other apps to give it the best chance.

Could also try turning off images in the browser settings - just viewing text should speed things up a bit.

When I view the message boards with the PC it is still very slow and regularly sits doing nothing for quite a while. Even at about 7 o'clock in the morning, when internet traffic should be very low, pages take an age to load. I don't have a broadband connection and it's actually driving me nuts at the moment :mad:

I use the Psion travell modem but do usually show images I will switch it off and try it. I also use the bog-standard Psion web application (have about 11mb free), want to try Opera but saw on a post that it was blurry when saving images?
