I have a problem when i record sound ...a strong noise and no record or so low ....may someone help me. thks

En fait il s'agit du meme probleme, il se passe quelque chose de bizarre lorsque l'on enregistre. Un bruit fort et désagrable empêche le bon fonctionnement du recoreder. Le son enregistré est inaudible...Si quelqu'un sait pourquoi. Merci d'avance

Firs of all, are the batteries are good?

If yes, then this is either a hardware problem (bad connection to microphone?), or perhaps a reset will fix it.

Try a soft reset first, and if this does not help, do a backup, then do a hard reset. This will erase all your data, so the backup is important!

Thks diem for ure answer and for ure faq site..great...i'm going to try all u had said...and hope that gone....i tell u later if it's ok. I think it is not a batterie problem i had tried akready and soft reset...so ihad a other problem with reset , when i want to erase or when i do a ctrl + c or x ...the psion reset itself alone..strange no?
thks again...i think i'm going to try the hard reset!!!
