e-310 won't stay turned off...

I very recently purchased my e310 and everytime I turn it off it turns back on after a few minutes. This happens even when I set it down and don't even touch it.

I've tried resetting as well reconfiguring the settings.

Has anyone had this issue? And much more importantly has anyone solved it?

Had same probs with an e570. Way to stop it is:-

Run activesync from start menu.
goto tools/options
move to schedule tab
uncheck box that says "When connected to my PC synchronize with the server every:"

Since it`s a different machine, don`t know if its same, but thats how to solve it on e570.
