My vello 500 will find serial port and connect, but after 4 0r
5 seconds will disconnect and the computer will say
"no partnership" I have installed original software and
activesync 3.5. Am running win 98 se.
Anyone have any suggestions?

I had this problem with my Velo 500 and Windows XP. What works for me is to Ctrl-Alt-Del the ActiveSynce program (wcescomm.exe), then open it again.
