I noticed on Microsoft's website that there is a service pack 3 for Pocket PC 2002 and an update for Outlook. Does anyone know if the Axims have been shipped with these updates already installed or if we need to do that ourselves?

One more question on the DivX note........ I downloaded PocketDivX and installed it. During the installation, it wanted to overwrite some Windows .dll files. Not wanting to corrupt the OS, I said "no". Well, the program doesn't seem to work properly when I answer no to the overwrite. Has anyone had this problem?? Is it OK to answer "yes"?

Your Dell does come with the latest sevice pack, which is also known as euu3.
In reference to Divx, you can answer YES, nothing happens to your system.
