3955 and telemagic

I have a 3955 and would like to install telemagic database. The program does not use the windows registry. I have it on a CF module. The 3955 says it is not a CE app. Anyone know of a way I can use my database. I have extracted the contacts but would like to be able to open the sceens for the complete info.
