Synch issue

Hi everyone,
I am having trouble synching my desktop software w/ my IIIc.
1st ever problem with this function. Desktop version 4.0.1, version on IIIc is 3.5.3 (update).
Data entered on desktop won't transfer and vice versa.
Any suggestions??

that's only the internal palm desktop functions? so it does upload programs and other stuff? firts try checking the log if it's says what's wrong, if there's indeed an error here it usually reports it. you could also check your sync setting to make sure they are set to do something. if there's no actual error and sync settings are properly set the i would suggest reinstalling the software.

Vollie is on the right trail.
Did this happen after many normal HotSync cycles? If so the conduit files have been corrupted you may want to reinstall the DeskTop software.
