I bought my Clie from someone in the fall. Hotsync works fine although that was a chore to get working at first. I cannot get music to transfer from desktop to Clie. I feel like there is something big wrong that I am missing somehow. The message I get is "check the connection with host." Should I have another frive appear on my desktop for my Clie? I don't seem to be able to do anything with MS Import on my Clie either. I have limited knowledge with this stuff, and I have long ago reached my limit. Any suggestions would be great.
Make sure you have the program MS Export loaded on your PC.

Thanks for your reply. Apparently I don't have MS Export on my PC. Should I be able to install that with the software I have with my Clie or do I have to access that somewhere on the web? Pardon my ignorance.
