Dell put out a patch for your Nav button on 8 Jan 2003. This enables a 5 Button function. (Strait down is your action) FYI

No "Enter" action. That is what the driver is for. Good luck. It takes some "surfing on Dell's pages to find. Don't remember how I quite got there.
