popup names

After using popup names for 3 days I decided it was a great program and decided to register it. After receiving the registration number, I loaded it and got an error message, "wrong registration number". I have deleted it and reloaded it many times and I still get "wrong resistration number". I have contacted the developer four times and cannot get a response from them. Any ideas?

First of all you are right it is a wonderful program, I have had it for a year now and love it!

Just a quick question. Did you make sure to give the correct Hotsync name when you registered the software? If the name you gave was not the Hotsync name then the registration number will not work. That happened to me and they sent me a new number when I let them know. It took a little while but they did it.

Secondly, when you enter the registration number make sure the name just above it is the one you gave them when you registered. That is your hotsync name.

To reassure you, sometimes they are a little slow, but have always answered my questions and problems in the past.
