Formatting / Defragmentation ??????

Does anyone know if there is a way to format your SD or CF cards using the Axim? I noticed that there are no defragment utilities on the Axim either. Does this type of memory "not" need to be defragmented?

flash format I think might do that but I'm not quite sure..search for it at Handango.com

You don;t ahve to defrag it, it is ram memory being used for storage, just like the ram in your desktop.
