Sync Jornada 525 W/ Xp

I have been trying to sync my 525 with my windows xp and i have not had any success. I have acrobat and active sync and i still get a cannot finish a connection. Any ideas?

I have been using my Jornado 525 on XP Professional for over 4 months now. I simply got a copy of Active Sync 3.5, uninstalled 3.1 first then installed the 3.5. I followed the normal steps and everything works as expected. I hope this information proves helpful

active sync also has a link in the hlep menu to MS's activesync trouble shooter which I have found helpful. But I agree with the previous post to be sure you have activesync 3.5. Also, I had trouble once that required a hard reset, so be sure when you do sync to backup your hand held!
