backing up to memory card?

I've poked around the boards and can't seem to find any info on this except that some people say they back up to the card.

How do you do this? Can I back up my palm to the memory card and restore it from there?

Yes you can backup to a memery card and restore from that card. I suggest you have a seperate card for this activity.
