ActiveSync Calendar Deficiency

Just got the Axim recently. Using with a PC with Lotus Notes as the source calendar. The Notes to Outlook transition is working well ... I see all appointments on the proper dates and times in Outlook as the source for the synch (ActiveSync 3.5) onto the Axim. However, on the Axim calendar, the appointments are appearing as "all day events" rather than being slotted in their appropriate times during the day. Has anyone else encountered this? Any solution suggestions?
