I found an old download page:

But it appears Yahoo has abandoned support for the WinCE platform. There is no mention of it on their current Messenger page:

The only mobile device they support is phones :(
My Axim came with MSN Messenger installed,
I got AIM from ftp://ftp.newaol.com/aim-uk/wince/
just need to get YahooIM working.
I can get it installed ok, but can not connect.
Anyone have a clue?
