internet connections

hi all wonder if anyone can help i have a 3870 and an ericsson t68 both with bluetooth i can connect the 2 devices and seem to be able to connect to the net thru wap but no graphics. 1stly do i need any software to enable full web browsing and 2ndly how do i configure the ipaq for gprs browsing.
