Here is an e-mail I sent to garmin

I own a ique 3600 and a Garmin Ga 27c antenna. After many months of good service the mcx male connector no longer activates the gps on the ique. Is this most likely to be a problem with the male connector or with the ique female connector? I note there is a space on the male connector that is not surrounded by metal. I am guessing this is the problem. If so can I replace just the connector or must the whole antenna unit be replaced? The ique's patch internal antenna works fine but I need a external antenna in my van due to a coating on the windshield which makes reception poor.

I purchased the ique in September 2003 and the antenna in October 2003.


Does any one have ideas or a fast fix?
