betty is quiet bevor turn

Hi,

why is betty so quiet in short front of turn? some other navi-pda`s say turn left NOW and Betty shows only a direction map...

Assuming no malfunctions, there are settings under the Preferences that determine when Betty speaks up or not.

jepp, the announcements works very well... but the last voice command started 100 meters in front of the turn and at the point of the turn is no voice information.

It should say something just prior to the turn, like "turn left". Just in case, your guidance preferences should be set-Voice Prompt and then Guidance and Status or Route Guidance.
